Scott Couchenour has always loved creating order out of messes. It's why he makes his bed every morning and loves caring for his own yard.
He loves music, particularly blues and anything with a 6/8 timing. He plays the piano, guitar, and bass guitar. Scott uses his musical talents to serve on the worship team at his local church, Greenford Christian Church. Crazy things he's done include the Pittsburgh Marathon in 2001 and skydiving with friends and their sons.
Besides keeping our Community of Muddled Geniuses in order, Scott volunteers as President of the Board at Harmony Village a supportive housing facility for the elderly. He's a Trustee on the board of the Nazarene Theological Seminary and serves on the board of the Nazarene Foundation as well as the board of the Minority Business Growth Alliance.

Ken Schmitz has often been described as obsessive when it comes to order and discipline. He often jokes that he does not have OCD which stands for obsessive compulsive disorder, but rather he has OCO, obsessive compulsive ORDER.
His obsession for order not only means that his closet is extremely organized, and color coordinated, but that he also can strategically take a look at an organization or a person and help to create a plan that begins to move them in the right direction...FORWARD!
Ken's love of business and people have led him to many avenues of coaching such as assisting with his sons in football, soccer & Brazilian Jiujitsu, coaching senior executives in billion-dollar boardrooms, and his passion of helping at risk kids find direction in life.

Muddled Geniuses are people who have lived a full life and are ready for that next adventure or season of life. Often, they have many spinning plates and long lists of things they wish to accomplish but may get 'stuck' which steps to take to reach the NEXT LEVEL.
We are a mixture of imperfect and perfect, incomplete and complete and definitely a little muddled...But together we complete one another by holding each other accountable in our 4th quarter of life to FINISH STRONG in our UNIQUE God given purpose.
